It’s been a busy summer for Hypha artists, preparing for lots of new exhibitions and projects happening in various locations across the UK.
Jo Coupe has work included in ‘Fungi Forms’ at Inverleith House, Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh, which runs until 8 December.
Mani Kambo’s commission for Create/Elevate is on view until 20 October at Harewood House, Leeds as part of Harewood Biennial 2024. She will also be showing work in ‘Interlock’ with Katie Houser from 14-27 Sep at Concrete Gallery x Hypha Studio, Wallsend.
Claire Morgan Claire Morgan is exhibiting the large-scale work ‘To be alone with you’ (2023) as part of the biennial ‘Homo Faber 2024: The Journey of Life’ at Foundazione Giorgio Cini, Venice from 1-30 September. Her newly commissioned installation, ‘Hold Me Tightly Lest I Fall’ is on view at the State Gallery of Lower Austria until 2 March 2025.
Rosie Morris forth coming show of new work ‘Gestures’ will take place at St. John’s Church, Healey, Northumberland from 4- 6 October.
Bethany Stead had her first solo show ‘Snatch a Thread’ at the Moving Gallery, Sunderland this August. Opening 3 October she will be showing work in ‘Antigone Revisited’ at Euston Tower, London to coincide with Frieze Fair, and in ‘The Omnipotence of Dream’ at Salford Art Gallery and Museum, opening 17 October.
